Jaso(n) Nguyen is a nonbinary filmmaker from Oakland, California. They are currently a senior at Pomona College majoring in media studies with an emphasis in film/video. While at college, they've worked on ten senior thesis projects as a DP 1st AC, and Colorist. Outside of college, they've worked as a freelance DP and editor for commercials, documentaries, and event work. Their latest film, My Beautiful Rainbow Trout, is set to release in early 2024 where they worked as the director, writer, editor, vfx artist, and colorist.
